      <description>&lt;span class="paragraphSection"&gt;Today, we often read that the growing population aged older than 65 years will ruin life as we have known it in North America. Not only is the financial ruin of our health care systems and social security being predicted, but those older than 65 are taking jobs from the young and selfishly hoarding our countries' wealth and material possessions. It is time for academic pediatricians to examine these critical issues and consider creative, constructive solutions that are relevant to child health.&lt;/span&gt;</description>
