As a matter of record, the patient was born Oct 17, 1977, and was recognized at that time as having most of the features as described in the syndrome of CCA. The more outstanding ones were the extremely long digits that did have flexion contractures, and the crumpled antihelix of the ear. This particular child did evidence scoliosis at about 2 months of age. At 9 months of age, she underwent a procedure for spinal fusion and since that time has done quite well in a polypropylene mold. As you may have anticipated, I am curious as to the date of birth of the case reported by our colleagues, Drs Ho and Khoo.I reviewed the roentgenograms with a radiologist, and we found SN - 0002-922X M3 - doi: 10.1001/archpedi.1979.02130100103022 UR - http://dx.doi.org/10.1001/archpedi.1979.02130100103022 ER -
