"It is intended for all doctors who are concerned with the care of children, especially family doctors and doctors in the Child Welfare Service."The book contains a section on feeding problems, under which are included "Breast-Feeding or Artificial Feeding, The Feeding Schedule, Some Breast-Feeding Problems, Breast and Nipple Difficulties, Insufficiency of Milk, Difficulties in the Breast-Fed Baby and in the Artificially Fed Baby." Another section deals with physical problems and includes various physical assessment methods, such as height and weight, and, curiously, the prevention of infection.
