AB • Three pairs of siblings with cirrhosis were investigated. The histopathological examination of the liver biopsy specimens and the laboratory findings did not give any clue about the cause of the disease. The presence of familial cirrhosis was considered.(Am J Dis Child 133:1160-1162, 1979)
