AB • Kawasaki's disease or mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome is being diagnosed with increasing frequency in this country. Although death is a rare complication, coronary arteritis with associated myocardial changes is common. Echocardiography is proposed as a noninvasive study that may aid in the early detection of cardiac involvement.(Am J Dis Child 133:1028-1030, 1979)
