AB This is a well-organized useful reference book for both practicing physicians and for those who are involved in the distribution of drug information. The information contained in the book has been abstracted from the world literature of side effects of drugs reported to occur in man. Volume 6 covers the period 1965 to 1967, but a good deal of the information which is included is abstracted from the literature from years prior to 1965 which makes it fairly complete without the earlier editions. It is not intended as a source for choosing the most appropriate drug therapy in a given disease.Apart from reporting the undesirable effects of drugs in therapeutic doses, the book contains information of importance about drug overdosages.
