Her birth weight was 3,120 gm (6 lb 14 ounces). Fetal position was left occipito-anterior; presentation was vertex; and the delivery was spontaneous without complications. There was no evidence of seventh nerve palsy during her nursery stay, and she was discharged from the nursery in good condition on the fourth day.At
