AB An excellent compilation of the methods of preparation and use of the biological preparations. The author succeeds admirably in making the principles of immunology and their practical application clear and concise. Some of the preparations described are not familiar to the American medical profession, since the author is British and he presents the methods and preparations in use in Britain. The book is well illustrated, easy to read and to use as reference. It includes a good historical summary of immunology and good basic bibliography.
