AB On page 53/167 of the February issue of this journal in the article by George B. Logan, M.D., entitled "Mechanisms of the Immediate Allergic Reaction and Some Therapeutic Implications," the first sentence of the first paragraph should read: "One of the early criticisms of the histamine release theory was that this could not explain the decreased coagulability of the blood in anaphylactic shock."
