In their article titled “Physical Activity and Performance at School: a Systematic Review of the Literature Including a Methodological Quality Assessment” Singh et al concluded that “participation in physical activity is positively related to academic performance in children”1(p49) and “we found strong evidence of a significant positive relationship between physical activity and academic performance.”1(p53) The study has been widely publicized, as a Google search will attest.
