AB This book is the result of the experience of the author with 567 children with otitis media, on whom 330 paracenteses were performed. The remainder of the children were treated by chemotherapy. An excellent discussion is given of the anatomic relations, etiologic factors, bacteriologic and pathologic aspects and the symptoms, forms, diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Although written in Spanish, the well chosen charts and illustrations, the clear text and the immense experience of the author make this a worth while book on the subject.
