AB This is another in the long series of books being published in an attempt to return to a common-sense basis of child rearing. It offers nothing new, but its brevity is to be commended. Virtually every phase of a child's mental development is included, and the discussion is sensible throughout. A brief section on feeding is included, with emphasis on the essentials of a good diet and the development of good feeding habits.The book does not add anything of importance to the field of child rearing. It is, however, good as far as it goes and would undoubtedly be of aid to a certain type of parent.
