    Gift to Yale.—President Angell of Yale University announced on February 19, that the General Education Board, New York, had given $2,000,000, for a medical and pediatric laboratory and for a dispensary and service unit on the grounds of the New Haven Hospital, which is affiliated with Yale University School of Medicine.
