For first-time applicants, the fee for new regular registration is $1135, postmarked from December 1, 1994, through February 28, 1995. The deadline for the partial payment plan (three payments of $395) is January 13, 1995 (postmarked). The fee for late new registration is $1360, postmarked from March 1, 1995, through April 29, 1995. A late fee is required. No new applications will be accepted if postmarked after April 29, 1995.
For reregistration, the regular registration fee is $1035, postmarked from February 15, 1995, through April 29, 1995. The fee for late reregistration is $1260, postmarked from May 1, 1995, through May 31, 1995. A late fee is required.
