ABSTRACT

—In the Ambulatory Pediatric Association Program and Abstracts, published in the April Journal (1988;142:365-408), the name of a fellowship award and an institutional affiliation were omitted. On page 369, in the "APA Teaching Award" section, the 1988 citation for the Ohio State University should have read as follows: "Ohio State University, Department of Pediatrics, Ambulatory Division, Fellowship in Behavioral—Developmental Pediatrics, Columbus." On page 386, in the abstract entitled "Prevention of Head Injury by Bicycle Helmets: A Field Study of Efficacy," the institutional affiliations should have read as follows: "Harborview Injury Prevention and Research Center, Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound, and Departments of Pediatrics and Epidemiology, University of Washington, Seattle."
