Two Important Changes in AJDC for Authors and Readers due in 1988

ABSTRACT

After making many changes in the early years of our editorship, we enjoyed a brief hiatus without major changes in content, appearance, or process. However, we are now planning two important changes for the 1988 edition of AJDC. These are as follows:

INCLUSION OF EXCERPTS FROM THE CDC'S MORBIDITY AND MORTALITY WEEKLY REPORTS (MMWR)  Beginning with the January issue, We will be printing two pages of selected items of pediatric interest from the CDC's weekly issues of Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Reports (MMWR). This service is included because many no longer receive this important report and it contains articles of great interest to health care professionals. Information about the occurrence of specific diseases and preventive measures and updates on specific therapeutic recommendations are rePorted in MMWR.
