In the article titled "The Fetal Trimethadione Syndrome," published in the December Journal (131:1389-1392), the medications given in pregnancy 1 listed on page 1389, third column, lines 5-7, paragraph 2, are incorrect. They should read trimethadione 1,200 mg/day, mephobarbital 1 g/day, and acetazolamide 250 mg/day. Those listed for pregnancy 2 on page 1390, line 7, should read phenobarbital (90 mg/day). Those listed for pregnancy 6 on page 1391, lines 4 and 6, should read 600 mg/day, 125 mg/day, and 60 mg/day, respectively.
