In Reply.—I have reviewed the karyotype shown in Fig 3 and agree that the last pair of the C group is misplaced; it is indeed pair No. 8 rather than 12. Indeed, that pair should have been positioned between 7 and 9 rather than at the end of the C group. Fortunately, that regrettable error is of no consequence with respect to the conclusions drawn in our report. Despite the displacement in the C group, the C group is normal and the aneuploidy is as reported in the G group and sex chromosomes.
