Study of Rheumatic Nodules.
—An appeal is made to physicians and investigators for rheumatic subcutaneous nodules recently formed in the course of rheumatic carditis for use in studies on the pathogenesis of rheumatic fever.Nodules situated on the extremities, readily accessible to biopsy, and just in the process of forming before steroid therapy, are especially sought, although any nodules will be welcome.
