AMA Specialty Journals.
—A recent decision by the House of Delegates of the AMA supported the action of the Board of Trustees in discontinuing free distribution of AMA specialty journals to members. This action was taken in an effort to reduce costs.Beginning July 1, 1973, AMA members will need to pay the annual subscription fee ($12 a year, $18 for a two-year subscription) in order to continue receiving the American Journal of Diseases of Children. Order blanks will be included in future issues of the Journal.It is our hope that those AMA members who now receive the Journal will want to continue doing so under the new arrangement.
