Uremic Cardiac Tamponade in Children FREE

Two children had uremic pericardial tamponade complicating chronic renal failure. Prompt diagnosis and treatment by pericardiocentesis and intensive hemodialysis allowed recovery in both cases. Certain diagnostic problems of this condition in children are emphasized.
