Page 33: Section H, line 5, the number in parentheses after cyanosis should read 40 instead of 4.
Page 34: In Table 8 there should be an asterisk (*) behind the figure 3.4 in that line describing the influence of prenatal care in the 2001-2500 gram infants.
Page 36: Column 1, line 7, the first reference should be 26, not 25.
