ABSTRACT

This 200 page volume, assembled in loose-leaf form, contains 1,300 multiple choice pediatric questions of the type commonly employed in written examinations such as those presently given by the National Board and by the American Board of Pediatrics. Correct answers are supplied in a key in the back of the book, and the author's authority for the correctness of the answer given is indicated by a numbered reference and page following each question. Twenty-eight references are listed—all standard texts in current use by recognized authorities. The 1,300 questions are divided into 19 sections, the first section covering Full-Term and Premature Newborns, and the last section Human Genetics. In between are sections on Infectious Diseases, Hematology, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Allergy, Adolescence, and twelve others.
