ABSTRACT

This reference and textbook in the field of cerebral palsy is perhaps, to date, one of the most complete and finest interpretations of the problem as it is seen by many persons working in this field. This is not the compilation of facts of one person but is the result of thought and consideration of many advisors in numerous special fields, each person's contribution being quite accurate both scientifically and insofar as the less common aspects of cerebral palsy are seen by the practicing physician. It contains the various different attitudes and considerations necessary for the proper management of the entire team approach to cerebral palsy. In addition to giving the practicing physician or person interested the essential facts as they are known today, complete lists of therapeutic equipment, films, and a very, very complete bibliography are available.
