To Brousseau's1 collection of thirty-two cases of mongolism in one of twins, Shattuck2 and Chown3 have each recently contributed another instance. The following case brings the number to thirty-five.
History.—These twins, seen first on May 17, 1929, were born at full term on Feb. 16, 1925. At the time of delivery the mother's age was 35, and the father's age was 45. There was a sister four years older, and a brother was born three years after the twins. There had been one stillbirth. The mother appeared to be rather unintelligent, but all the children except one of the twins were said to be normal.
