Aguilar Gordon, distinguished Spanish pediatrician, director of milk distribution center for babies. He was the author of a book on Normal and Pathologic Physiology of the Child.Minister Louis Comte, of France, promoter of children's institutes in the mountains, functioning for thirty years. Debilitated children of town workers are sent to the mountains, where they live in the homes of reliable farmers for six weeks in summer. The death of M. Comte causes unanimous regret.
INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS FOR PROTECTION OF CHILDREN
The Fifth International Congress for Protection of Children, which took place in Madrid, from April 4 to 8, 1926, decided that the Sixth Congress will be held in Paris, in 1928.
INSTITUTE FOR TREATMENT OF TUBERCULOSIS
Prof. Gregoris Araoz Alfaro, president of the National Department of Hygiene in Argentina, had crowned his scientific and humanitarian work by creating an Institute for the Study and Treatment of Tuberculosis.
