ABSTRACT

PROF. CESARE CATTANEO HONORED  This journal is in receipt of a volume announcing the twenty-fifth anniversary of the granting of professorship to Prof. Cesare Cattaneo, the eminent Italian pediatrician. This volume contains a short sketch of Professor Cattaneo's life, together with two addresses which he has delivered on pediatric subjects; the first in 1900 at the University of Parma on the "Character and Importance of Pediatrics"; the second, his inaugural address at the University of Milan in November, 1925. The volume also contains a complete bibliography of Professor Cattaneo's publications and those of his students.
